Fegatini Pollo | Chicken livers sautéed with onion, white wine, Napolitana sauce, chilli and fresh cream
Melanzane alla Parmigiana (V) | Flash-fried aubergine with rich Italian tomato sauce, melted mozzarella and a char-grilled sweet corn
Pork Rotolini | Rolled pork belly with wholegrain mustard, fresh garlic, orange, honey & cinnamon reduction and caramelised apple
Baked Prawn Padella | Six prawns with the signature padella sauce, parmesan and baked golden

Pollo Involtini | Chicken breast, prawn & spinach with a creamy padella sauce
