Marking a significant step forward for the estate, the launch introduces a sophisticated new hub that blends leisure, sport and dining in a single, world-class setting.
Overlooking the immaculate 18-hole Ernie Els Signature Golf Course, the clubhouse is designed to elevate both the resident and visitor experience. Golf enthusiasts were quick off the mark, with tee times opening from 18 April, offering play from Wednesday through Sunday. Full clubhouse services became operational the following day, ensuring a seamless experience for early visitors.
A key highlight of the development is the Big Easy Winebar & Grill, which brings a signature dining experience to the North Coast. Positioned within the clubhouse, the restaurant pairs refined cuisine with sweeping views of the fairways. While the venue welcomed guests during the opening period, a broader public launch is anticipated in May, following exclusive previews in late April.

Visitors can enjoy a resort-style pool, a fully equipped gym and access to scenic walking trails that wind through the estate’s lakes and natural surroundings.
